Having looked at the machines which produce alkaline water, it would be

well out of my budget range.

Is anyone familiar with Xooma Xtreme2O?

It is said that adding a little sachet to 8-20 ounces of water will lift

it to alkaline reading 9.5. Although I have come across some

websites, real information about what is in the sachets seems to be hard

to find on line.
