Detox and some personal notes answers to my preparedness

Someone asked me how I am preparing for what is coming, some of my answers might be off beat but some might be taken to heart. Pick and choos what works for you. Before this site gets taken down go to it there is alot of good information there http://redpillreich.blogspot.com/ of course the powers that be may even have it down before you get there!! In fact on second thought I am going to post this now and finish on this subject later, maybe everyone will get a chance to see this site before it disappears forever.

Okay the rest of my answer:

a good site for guidelines is http://www.zyz.com/survivalcenter/aboutus.html pick and choose from there what makes sense to you. I also have made sure we have a portable generator (so I can run my air purifier that kills the bird flu virus and breaks down chemicals in the air) if you want the brand of my air purifier, email me. Without a doubt I know mine is the best on the market. My husband and I are fortunate enough to have property out of the way and far, far away, where most people never go anyway (lol) that is where we will go if need be. We live on a farm and I grow all organic and have been putting that up on shelves for a few years now (of course I use it and replenish it with fresh...) I have squirrelled away dry goods i.e. whole grain oatmeal, not the quaker oat type junk... I do have masks (just in case...) and I keep my body detoxed at all times (see my past posts so I don't get too redundant). The healthier you keep your body and the less taxed with chemicals the stronger you will be when the time comes that you need your health just to survive. I also have saved every gold trinket I have ever had. About 25 years ago someone told me that "there will be a time in the future that money will mean nothing and the only thing that will be of value to trade will be gold". He said "believe it or not people will be trading their gold for food." For some reason that always stuck with me and I never forgot that and it looks like that may be the case...

I am not the smartest person in the world, and this may not be the best advice, but it is what I am doing, if it helps anyone out there great! I have known for many, many years (an inside intuitive thing) that I had to be prepared, when I was a child I knew these things -- didn't understand them back then, nor did I think I was normal for thinking and knowing these things -- but now I am sure glad that I didn't block it out of my head!!!
