Guest guest
I need someone to help me in the right direction of where to find information on diabetes, arthritis and irritable bowel syndrome. I have the diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis and ibs my daughter who is only 21 is being laid out by ibs and other related stomach issues no one can identify along with wolf parkinson white syndrome (fast heart rate from extra receptors). i am concerned at her young age its just going to get worse, i have had ibs since my early 20's but have learned to deal with it but its worse for her for some reason. The meds they have her and me on are doing no good whatever for the stomach issues and i need some idea of which direction to go as far as finding help for her. I just need to know where to start, there is just so much information out there. Thanks a bunch JoAnne
Guest guest
Dear Joanne, The first thing to do is play with your food. Have you ever tried a diet free of gluten? It is the hook-like protein in wheat and some other grains. Doing without is a pain, but it can make a huge difference. Guest guest
The best place to start is with the Life Time Health Lecture Series. This is the ultimate education. Then you should have your free Health Coaching Session with Doc himself.
