Guest guest
Hi Doc, Recently, my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. In your newsletters you have mentioned doing the Incurables Program to treat diabetes, but you fail to mention whether you are talking about type 1 or type 2. I have not been able to find the details of the Incurables Program anywhere. Can you point me in the right direction? If you think the Incurables Program would help with Type 1 diabetes, would you please explain to me 'how' it helps. Type 1 occurs when the beta cells in the pancreas are attacked by our own immune system, and eventually all the beta cells die. The Incurables Program would help if it somehow 'retrained' the immune system to leave the beta cells alone. Is this what it does? I would appreciate any information and advice you might have. Thanks, Karen
