Guest guest
A quick response: One thing that has helped me immensely with fungal rashes is to clean the shower with a disinfecting cleaner *every* time I use it, usually from chest level down. Once the whole area is thoroughly disinfected, it is not necessary to spray the entire shower each time, one or two walls each day should be sufficient. (Don’t forget to spray the floor often, as well.) Make sure the area is left open and can dry after cleaning or after a shower. A clean, bleached towel for *each* shower is vital as well, or you may reaffect areas with a used towel. Cheryl
Guest guest
Dear Ramona, Remember the 3 reasons why people get or stay ill. Your hubby is: 1. Doing something he shouldn't. 2. Not doing something he should. 3. Or both of these together. Look and you'll find which it is. Is he drinking coffee at work??? Is he sneaking chocolate, sugar or some alcohol when you're not around??? Is he getting enough raw foods??? Is he eating enough Garlic??? Give him the third degree and find out what's going on. Usually a fungus will handle from the inside when plenty of fresh Garlic is taken into the body. Up his dose of Garlic to 4 cloves a day. Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy is a good idea and should be done as well as the other stuff above. He doesn't necessarily need a lot of showers, per se, but he's doing or not doing something that is encouraging this. Look and you'll find. I noticed that you said, "I TRY to keep a good diet". As Yoda said, "Do or Do not. There is no try". :-) Love, Doc Ramona wrote: Hey Doc, I need some help for my dh. He has ALWAYS been prone to fungus. Actually his whole family is. He has had some toenail fungus for years, and another on his backside that looks a little like ringworm or some such thing. In the past couple weeks, everything has gone south-- BIG TIME! The one on his backside is spreading fast (it was shrinking before) and it red and puffy, not mostly white with a reddish ring. His toenails have turned black. In addition, he is now suffering from a candida infection. Doc, he eats no sugar. Hasn't really since he was 15. I try to keep a good diet, as much organic as we can afford, very little processed. We both did a total body cleanse in December, so that hasn't been that long. I am trying to figure out why his body is so very hospitable to fungus. I have to say that in more than 8 years of marriage, I haven't gotten a hint of it from him. I have looked on the internet and we are trying some things topically. (Grapefruit seed extract, ACV, tea tree oil) but it is still there and still red and raw. In addition the candida seems to be hitting his kidneys and possibly pancreas (according to muscle testing.) I am giving him the kidney tea, and a lung tea for his wheezing. His adrenals are completely drained from fighting this for so long, so he can't heal from anything fast, so I have started giving him the brain formula hoping that it will help the adrenals. I am getting desperate. I don't know what else to do to help him. I was thinking oxygen therapy with H2O2, I have been encouraging showers, but he can't take them at work all day. Please advise. Guest guest
For all of you guys struggling with the fungus issues. One thing that really helped me out when I got a Fungus problem (even athlete's foot) is to take coconut oil and garlic daily and to supplement with some probiotics like real yogurt, kefir, kvass, or kombucha. The beneficial bacteria crowd out those bad guys and keep your entire immune system strong.
