Guest guest
This is so cool. Your picture shows how easy it is to make a small blade forage and how anyone who wanted to recycle an old break drum could make one. This is the kind info that is as good as gold. Thank you so much for this vital information. I love it. Rock on!!!!! ~ Bryan Michael traster wrote: Hi Bryan, I'll send some ideas to you as I think of them... blade forge... take a large brake drum/// car or truck attach a plumbing flange to the bottom of it... then a 2 or 3 inch pipe... with a t... one part goes straight down to some sort of floor mounting..perhaps another flange the other part goes 90 degrees to a squirrel cage fan... let me try to use the keys to make a sketch of sorts _ _ !-------------! >brake drum with flange on bottom ! ! ! ! pipe going down ! ! ! !.................................................xxxxxxxxx squirrel cage fan tee ! ! ............................................... x ! ! x ! ! xxxxxxxx ........... floor flange Bryan <bryanshillington wrote: Mike, Welding sounds great. Yeah I have thought of wells and water pumps. I don't know that much about it but when I lived in New Mexico We had a windmill that pumped water all day long. It was like an oasis in the high mountain desert that plants and crops grew everywhere around it. Self defense and evasion I have had some training in and Blade making has always been a goal of mine. I need to build a forge and smith shop. It would be so fun taking car parts (like leaf springs) and making tools and plows. My grandfather reinvented the wheel for the model T fords. It would be cool to make the wooden wheels too. How about barrel making, bullet making and better ways of recycling? Blowing glass, Firing brick and pottery. So much to learn. What would your list look like including the things we have already mentioned ? ¢¯ ~Bryan ♫ ¢Ü Michael traster wrote: Bryan, your list sounds a lot like mine.... did you put some welding in there? how to make simple: water pumps water filtration systems.. shelters evasion self defense blade making the stone house one sounds great...old stone techniques make sense as they are mortarless and still stay in place ... course clay soil would be great too wind power ideas? ahhh so much to learn...Mike Bryan <bryanshillington wrote: between 0000-00-00 and 9999-99-
