Edamame.....

Yum. I use to love those raw soy beans.

If you give me your addy I'll send you the

free CD lecture. Shipping of the CD is free to anywhere in the USA.

The Department of Agriculture and FDA laid down

the standards for Organic to try to suppress the going concern of

Organic food. It is the only good thing they have ever done for us. The label Certified

Organic is the one of the only things we have left. The problem is that one could still take a GMO seed

and grow it Organically and get away with it. What many people don't

know is that there is something better then Certified Organic.

You see many Certified Organic foods that come in to the USA are

radiated and people constantly find loop holes in the Certified Organic standards. So what is better then Certified Organic ? ¿ ¿ ¿ ??

Foods that you grow yourself are

better then Certified

Organic. Also foods that are grown by trusted

Organic farmers in your area that you know personally would

be great. Though Organic Edamame is better then

regular Edamame, I would not fully trust it

unless you truly know the source.

Hello, My first post to the group. Doc

PS. One trap to stay away from is the one on

SOY!!! Unless Soy has been sprouted first, it is NOT a high quality

food regardless of its high protein content,

I use no soy products with one

exception, Edamame, the raw soybeans. I do make sure it is non GMO

and is organic. Why would the raw form be an issue? Am open to

learning.

Also, I've tried to open the file

to receive the teaching CD's I get some very pretty colors and

shapes, but my computer simply won't play nicely with that file.

What e-mail address should I use to

send my snail mail info.

THANK YOU for this

list............... As I go through and drop lists, this one stays on

my A+++ list.
