PPS. The very best is to grow your own food. I can't emphasize this

enough!

Some would contend that we should not support WholeFoods.

Even with the following article being condemnatory, I feel we SHOULD

support it.

Because of Whole Foods - Publix, Albertson's and even Costco are now

carrying CERTIFIED ORGANIC FOODS!!! as they scramble to get on the

bandwagon.

Sometimes it takes a big corporation to fight another and more

unsavory, bigger corporation. As time goes by we can demand a better

example be set by this company or support the smaller guys who now have

some serious competition and must keep their prices within reason.

I'm not crazy about Microsoft or any other monopoly for that matter,

but you have to admit to tremendous technological advances brought

about by Microsoft et al.

Who knows, this may be the beginning of the end for Monsanto. Nice

thought!!!

And with Ubuntu / Linux, even Microsoft is beginning to feel the pinch.

Within the next 12 to 18 months, our entire operation will have moved

over to Ubuntu = one helluvan operating system!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS. One trap to stay away from is the one on SOY!!! Unless Soy has

been sprouted first, it is NOT a high quality food regardless of its

high protein content, even when ORGANIC.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY SOY PRODUCTS AT THIS TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Leslie,

The best thing to detox her body would be Doc's Total Body Cleanse. If

you go to the cause of her condition you will find that it is her diet.

Bread, soft drinks and non organic meat are some main reasons why

people get so sick in the USA. The problem with bread is that the

grains have not been sprouted so that they are alive and full of

enzymes. Breads that are not sprouted have no nutrition and plug up the

bowels making people fat and full of shit. LOL. She needs to learn more

about enzyme inhibitors and good nutrition. If you give me an address

I'll send Doc's free CD Lecture to her to educate you guys. :-)

I agree with you, even our Wal-Mart(that I can't stand)

started offering

organic for a little while, now they're back to complete junk as

usual.

I have a question..................a friend of mine who is just now

taking those baby steps towards eating healthier, spent last weekend

making all kinds of breads(non organic) and eating them along with

drinking soft drinks. She ended up really sick, mainly her stomach,

and started doing research. She thinks it is either an intolerance

to wheat or some kind of candida thing going on. I told her I would

ask what would be the best thing to detox her body from the junk she

put

in it last weekend?

Thanks for any info,
