Guest guest
Hi Victoria. Well done on trying our Total Nutrition Green Cheese and putting TN on squash and popcorn. As far as the morning blender drink goes, I like to peel and freeze ripe, organic bananas and add them to my morning Total Nutrition drink. Have you tried frozen fruit or bananas yet? I like the thick, creamy texture and taste the bananas give the smoothie. I also find that most people acquire a taste for TN pretty quickly if they don't like it to start with. Sprinkling TN on salad (especially when using an oil and vinegar dressing) is very tasty. I think you will like that when you try it. Other than this, I would experiment with it and see what works for "your taste buds". Your body will love you. Yours in Knowledge, Health and Freedom, Valorie Shillington Date:MARCH 18, 2008 Phew! Haven't been enjoying my morning Total Nutrition drink. So am looking for other ways to eat it/use it. I just tried making the Total Nutrition Green Cheese recipe from Valorie's raw foods book (Total Nutrition mixed with olive oil). Very delicious on acorn squash. I also liked it, as suggested, on popcorn. Haven't tried it on salad yet, but seems like it would be good. Anyone have any other ways of eating Total Nutrition to share? Thank you!
