Dear Nadja,

Indian Tobacco or Lobelia is a lung herb

meaning that it is very good for healing the lungs. The Native

American's smoked it hence the name Indian tobacco. It is not an

addictive plant like tobacco so one could start smoking Lobelia

instead of tobacco and then stop smoking all together.

Lobelia also helps you cough and purge the lungs. Mullein is also a

good lung herb. :-)

Best
