Guest guest
St. Johns wort is a wonderful herb but in stating my personal opinion one does not need an herb or a drug in a bottle to handle depression. One should be more active and productive in life. Of course if a person had poor nutrition and was always feeling low with no energy, listening to the free CD Lecture would educate them on how to care for their bodies. I send the free CD lectures out and could send you one if you want, just give me an address to send it to.Shipping is free in the USA. Other then that, production is the bases of moral and I have seen it cure depression countless times. One more thing. The drugs that psychiatrists give people for depression do not help at all. These drugs dull out life and make the user even more depressed. Long term use can lead to suicide and insanity. So be productive, get lots of thing going in life and be active. Hope this helps. Best Wishes Bryan Dear Doctor Could you suggest something for a mild depression? Do you recommend st Johns wart> Please enlighten.
