Guest guest
Dear Mona Flaxseed/Linseeds are great. They are high in omega 3 so they are great for the skin and many other parts of the body. You can grind them up and make raw crackers or use them whole but I would say the best way to use flaxseed is to buy the oil and mix it with your morning drink or smoothie. Make sure you get the freshest flax oil. I would recommend Udo's Oil. It has both Omega 3,6 & 9 and can be bought from your local healthfood store. Flax oil goes rancid after maybe ten months and then it's call linseed oil. Linseed oil can be bought in any hardware store by the gallon but as I said this oil is rancid and not good to ingest. Pure flax seed oil is as good as gold so keep it refrigerated. Hope this helps.
