Guest guest
A good solution for you is to start eating a lot of raw organic fruit. This will help you in a dramatic way. I would like to drop a few pounds (ok so a lot of pounds) but I have an addiction to caffiene, namely the coca cola type of caffiene. It's my 'coffee' so to speak. I am afraid of the bad headaches it's going to cause when I go off. Is there any hope or do I just need to be tough? Never miss a thing. Make your homepage. Guest guest
Good idea Nil. I'm always in favor of doing these things on a gradient. At least that's what I recommend to others. I myself tend to jump cold turkey, but that's me, and I realize that most others aren't that way or can't be that way. I'm either OFF or I'm ON, and when I'm ON it's High Gear with the pedal to the metal. And when I'm OFF, welllllllllllll, I'm usually asleep. LOL :-) Doc Nil wrote: I weaned it off very slowly. I was having two cups of strong coffee per day. I first dropped it to 1 and a half cup and went on like this for about week or 10 days time. Than I dropped the amount to 1 cup and continued like this. Last 1/2 cup was the most difficult one for me to drop. Once it is done you don't crave for it. Good luck.
