Guest guest
Dear Amy, There is no danger in you taking 3 or even 4 Tblsp a day. Your body will get rid of any excess. Only Inorganic Calcium is non water soluble. Also, the lemon juice acts as a catalyst to take the Calcium into your system, keeping it organic. (I thought it was non-water soluble and could build up in your system at excess--would this qualify as excess?) If I make a large batch and it lasts me 3 weeks, can it really go "bad"? Guest guest
Dear Robin, This is a tough one since no lemon is the same size as another. However, I find I use 4 to 5 medium to big on the average. Guest guest
Dear Nil, I've never had it around long enough to find its expiration date. I've had some in the fridge for up to 3 weeks and it was still good, soooooooo . . . You do not need to take extra magnesium with it, but you can if you wish. Up to you. Once prepared how long it can be kept in refrigerator safely? It has been about 12 days since I prepared my first batch but it still did not finish. Also how can we understand that it can not be used any more? smell?color change? and also do we have to take magnesium with it and if yes how much would you advise to take? I have adrenal exhaustion. I started feeling little strange as i started it. I wonder if i am deficient in magnesium. best wishes.
