The only drug I take now is insulin, via insulin pump, but for

almost all occassions, when I check, due to my exercising, diet and

supplements. The same holds true of my cholesterol. I am just too

scared of them damm drugs and there insidiously dangerous side

This is working! No more Diovan and no more Zocor or Lipitor, etc. Now

my next endeavor is to get off insulin. Though the lessening the sugar

craving part is not working all the time for me. But I do experience

some low blood sugars when I avoid sweets, starches in general and

consume mostly veggies and the greens mix. There is also a

pomegranite supplement that I take as well.
