Guest guest
Dear Christine, Thanks for the note and the update. Here is the full formula for the Intestinal Cleanse in their proper proportions. Intestinal Cleanse 100 capsules per bottle Suggested dosage: Start with 1 cap at dinner. Add 1 additional cap with the next dinner and so on, until you reach the desired results. 2 LBS 32 ounces Cape Aloe Leaf* (Aloe Ferox) Powder 1 LB 16 ounces Senna Leaf and Pod Powder 1 LB 16 ounces Cascara Sagrada Aged Bark Powder 1 LB 16 ounces Barberry Root Bark Powder 1 LB 16 ounces Ginger Root Powder 1 LB 16 ounces Garlic Bulb Powder 1 LB 16 ounces Black Walnut Hull Powder 1 LB 16 ounces Wormwood Powder 1 LB 16 ounces Clove Powder 1 LB 16 ounces Fennel Powder 1 LB 16 ounces Turkey Rhubarb Powder 1/4 Lb Cayenne pepper (250,000+ HU=heat units) [Habanero] Only 4 oz. 200,000+ heat units (HU) only!!!! THE HEAT UNITS ARE USUALLY PRINTED ON THE BAG BUT NOT ALWAYS. All amounts measured by weight! All ingredients should be finely powdered, thoroughly mixed and put into non-gelatin or vegetable based capsules. Doc Shillington Revised November 2007 Let me know how the BF & C works on your dog. Hip dysplasia is supposedly "genetic", but I have my doubts about this. Again, not one of my strong areas of expertise, so please keep me posted on your progress here. At 90 pounds, I'd give him 1 dropperful 3 times a day. For the Carpal Tunnel, the tea is best for a fomentation, rather than the tincture and just make a batch using the instructions in the FILES or on the bag. Also remember your Deep Tissue Repair Oil and Arnica Gel. To goose up the strength of these, you can always add DMSO as well. Very well done on doing so well with the Total Body Cleanse, and for confronting that hot bath. I know it's a toughie, but it is that important. It takes a lot of confront to make the lifestyle changes you've made, and remember to pat yourself on the back for doing this. Not everyone has the guts to do what you are doing, and in my books, you're a champ. Hugs, Doc Christine wrote: Hey Doc, A few quick questions... 1. In the files I found the ingredients for the intestinal cleanse, but not a specific recipe. Are all the herbs used in equal amounts? 2. My dog has hip problems, and I thought I'd try to give him some BF & C. If I tried it, how much should I give him? I was going to put it in his water bowl, can you recommend a certain number of drops per day, or per amount of water consumed? He's a 90-95 pound german shepard mix. 3. If I wanted to use the BF & C tincture as a fomentation for carpal tunnel, how many drops would I use per cup of water? PS, the cleanse is going good so far... the hardest part is the HOTTER THAN HOT bath everyday, but I'm hanging in there with them... Thanks!
