Guest guest
You're welcome Christine. Either way is fine. With the blender approach, you'll have all the fiber as well which is even better. The absolute best blender out there is the Vita-Mix. They don't get any better and the others don't even come close to it. They are pricey, but like the Champion Juicer, you'll be handing it down to your grandchildren. They are tougher than nails and the only juicer we use in The Rabbit Hole, our Healthfood Cafe. It will also come with a recipe book and instruction manual when you order it. Hugs, Doc PS. I've told the office to expect your call on that order. Thank Doc, Can you clarify "juice diet?" Does that mean everything through the juicer? Or can I blend up whole fruits in shakes also? Can you recommend a Juice Diet book or two, since I've never subsisted on juice before and want to be sure I have a background in what I'm doing? I'm ordering all my cleansing stuff today! Thank you!! smiles, christine Doc Shillington wrote: Dear Christine, You may very well have to go over to an all Juice diet until this corrects. Continue on with the TN, the BB+, and remember your Echinacea, IC, and Total Tonic. I feel that once we get you on a Liver Cleanse, all hell will break loose and we'll really start to see some great changes here. You had made some recommendations about continuing Intestinal Cleanse and adding the Total Nutrition, plus also starting the Body Balance, but things seem to be getting worse, not better. I just need some re-assurance/encouragement that soon I will see some improvement... Before starting the 3-day juice cleanse and mucusless diet on 9/29, I only needed about 2 of the Intestinal Cleanse capsules a day. I've been on this diet for 5 weeks now, and in this last week, I've been upping each day and am now up to 6 capsules a day with no relief... need to try 7 tomorrow. Is this normal? I would think that the fresh veggie and fruit diet would improve the bowels, but everything's getting stopped up. My belly feels like I'm entering my second trimester. Though I am having 2 BMs per day, I feel everything moving around and feeling like I have to go 4-6 times per day... but I only have success with 2. Also, I tested my acidity and I came out at 6.3, so I am acid, but not like I'm off the charts. I didn't take the Body Balance until after I did the 2-day test, so that the test was true. So I just want to make sure I should still keep plugging along with the diet and intestinal cleanse, or is it time to do another Intestinal Detox or other more aggressive approach? I was just wanting to get through my really busy time at work before doing the Total Cleanse... and that won't be for about another month. Is this serious bloating something to be concerned about? It is just so uncomfortable! Thanks, christine
