Hang in there. You will get through this.

The record for one of my clients on the IC is 30. Sometimes it takes a

lot. It's not the usual but it can be common. Keep increasing the

amount daily until you get to your own personal level / amount.

Everyone is different. The Mucusless diet is OK for some but not all.

I'd switch immediately over to an all raw, veggan diet if I were you

and this means NO dairy or any kind of meat products if you've been

cheating a bit here. Also, no sugar nor grain products either if

you're taking any of these. An all juice diet would be the absolute

best!!!!!!

By all means, if I were you, I'd be doing the full complete Total

Body Cleanse.

Make sure you're getting enough exercise = Walking, Rebounding and / or

Running (in that order of importance).

The bloating will pass if you keep at it as above.

around and feeling like I have to go 4-6 times per day... but I only

have success with 2.

 

 

Also, I tested my acidity and I came out at 6.3, so I am acid, but not

like I'm off the charts. I didn't take the Body Balance until after I

did the 2-day test, so that the test was true.

 

 

So I just want to make sure I should still keep plugging along with the

diet and intestinal cleanse, or is it time to do another Intestinal

Detox or other more aggressive approach? I was just wanting to get

through my really busy time at work before doing the Total Cleanse...

and that won't be for about another month. Is this serious bloating

something to be concerned about? It is just so uncomfortable!

Dear Christine,

You may very well have to go over to an all Juice diet until this

corrects.

Continue on with the TN, the BB+, and remember your Echinacea, IC, and

Total Tonic.

I feel that once we get you on a Liver Cleanse, all hell will break

loose and we'll really start to see some great changes here.

Sorry, I forgot one addendum about additional symptoms I am having:

 

 

- my food is not completely digesting

 

- I'm having excessing burping after some meals, usually my main meal

at 2-3 pm, the lunch salad
