Guest guest
You don't want to change the recipe in any way. This is one of those that has been perfect for ages. :-) No Garlic. No Salt. Just follow the recipe as it says. Depending on the size of the Cabbage, you can get upwards of a quart or more. Hugs, Doc Melanie wrote: Question on cabbage juice recipe Hi there! I was wondering if you have tried putting garlic in the cabbage juice and if so what results you had. I was thinking about trying it. Also, should I be adding salt or anything to this? I know for my sauerkraut recipes they call for it. If you drink 3-4 cups a day, how much does one cabbage make? I was going to make this recipe awhile go and then I didn’t get around to it, but now I have the cabbage waiting and ready to go! Well, not in the blender, it’s whole <grin> Thanks in advance! Hugs!
