Dear Tahja,

At lot could be at the bottom of this, not excluding diet, exercise,

and toxicity.

If you haven't listened to that FREE CD Lecture of mine yet, I'd

recommend you begin there.

Just send an email to: Office and my

office will fire one off to you.

The elevation of NC may have lessened the external pressure enough to

give you relief, but even this is "band-aid" if you don't look for and

handle the underlying "CAUSE".

All the best,

Doc

Hi Doc!

I have either ovarian cysts or endomitriosis that is causing a

chronic pain during my ovulation. It has gotten so painful and there

is no way to identify exactly what it is without a bunch of expensive

tests and endoscopy. What to do? What nutrients should I take? The pain

is in my right ovary & shoots down my right leg. It messes

with my hormones as well. This has been an on-going problem for

several years now. It also causes constipation when the pain flares

up. Your suggestion will be much appreciated. Thanks. Tahja

ps. curiously, when I was in my cabin in NC at an altitude of 5000 ft

surrounded by trees, the pain went away. (of coarse it was much

cooler there too.)

but that was the ONLY time I have been pain free during ovulation in

several years.

Tahja
