All Herbal Remedies are listed in order of priority and you should start with the first formula listed except where indicated otherwise. You may use all of the formulas listed at once if you wish, or you may start with just one. If after a reasonable period of time you do not get the desired results, add the second formula and then the third and so on, by simply adding them to the regimen. Continue to use the previous steps when adding a new one.

The Lifetime Health Program should be done minimally as the foundation.

Doing the Total Body Cleanse will expand on this for a faster, more complete handling.

The Lifetime Health Program = Total Nutrition, Intestinal Cleanse, Total Tonic, Echinacea Plus, and Body Balance+.
