Guest guest
Dear Jill, The least amount of cooking is the better. Raw is the absolute best though that's a little hard with most meats. This is assuming you've done the Total Body Cleanse of course. I always cleanse before I diet. All cleanses should be done Vegetarian and raw. The weightloss will most likely start with this, but will continue on the Lifetime Health Diet regimen. Condiments in moderation are fine, but no sugars or artificial sweeteners of course. The best pre-breakfast fruit is either an orange or a grapefruit. Wait 5 to 15 minutes after the fruit before eating the main breakfast course. I would have no more than two pieces of the Ezekiel bread a day and my favorite is the Ezekiel Sesame. Try them all though and pick your favorite. It is fine if you take Chromium and this will help. Your last question is a toughy since we're all so different in our body structures. The following is a guide only and should not be carved in stone. Much love, Doc Dear Doc I am about to start on your lifetime health diet. I have a few questions: Do you have any recipies or quidelines for cooking the meat and vegetables? Any condiments allowed? (mustard?) Would other low-carb recepies be OK to use? You have a Pre-Breakfast fruit. Is there a specific wait time needed? In my area I can find two brands of Ezekiel bread. “Food for Life” (80 calories per slice) and “Loaves and Fishes” (100 calories). Does it matter which I use? Also, I can’t find the bagels. Can I assume one bagel equates to 3 slices of bread? Is it OK to take Chromium? What reference should I use to determine ideal weight? Thanks, Jill
