Where can I buy almond trees?

 

I am in Houston but haven't found any locally. I also have looked

online but haven't found a reliable source. Any suggestions?

Believe me, if I can't get Organic "unpasteurized" almonds by hook or

by crook, I'll stop ordering them altogether. I refuse to compromise

with the food my family eats!!!!! I'll go fishing off the docks here

in Clearwater, before I'll bow to these . . .

Best is to forget about Walmart. They are just to monopoly oriented.

Yes, I know, I know - The Price. Wellllllllllll, if we don't stop this

now we'll all be slaves to Walmart et al.

PS. You really do need to connect up with local farmers. This will be

one of our salvations in the next 4 to 5 years to come. This, Ron Paul

and a few other well meaning groups. If Paul doesn't make it in, or

gets assassinated, or gets "Diebold'ed" out, this country will have had

had it = down the drain = end of story for our good ole US of A.

Welcome Totalitarianism and more slavery. Our country is almost a

fascism. Almost, but not quite yet. There is a glimmer of hope left

FDA labeling regulations for raw almonds, which does not require them

to be noted as pasteurized at this time.

 

Our company does not, and cannot, sell non pasteurized almonds, since

they are all pasteurized before being sent to our facility.

 

I understand your disagreement with the Almond Board of California but

we have no control over their decision.

 

Again, we are trying to comply with the labeling requirements of the FDA.

Pasteurized almond crap

 

 

I am very concerned for the safety of my almonds... I have gone to

 

that supplier list and compiled all the email addresses on the

website. This is most of the handlers. I don't want to send this

through the list because it won't show up on digests or on the web,

maybe you can put a document in the files for it so people can email

everyone?
