Guest guest
Dear Stevie, A bit of a tough one without ALL the data. Sounds to me though as if "Stress" IS the major factor here. I'd ensure he come off of ALL sugar, and Caffeine for starters!!!!! My Nerve Sedative Formula would help in an emergency, but some cleansing would also be in order. I'd start him off with our Lifetime Health Program just as a general starting place to ensure he's getting enough nutrition in that young body of his. The Total Nutrition part of the regimen would help to calm him simply by giving him enough of the essential minerals needed to calm the nerves. Butttttttttt, the coffee and the sugar in all forms would have to go for sure. Best, Doc S. He is barely able to open his mouth in the morning when he gets up--jaw locks up...after a while he is able to open it. He says there is no pain, that his jaw just 'clicks' with every chew...it doesn't matter if the food is big or small. I have had him wear a mouth guard at night lately, and he notices he is able to open his mouth more when he wakes than before. He might be grinding his teeth at night. His wisdom teeth are also coming in at this time. He gets stressed out at times with college and work too. I wondered what your suggestions would be on this exercises? relaxation techniques?...I have read it's a problem with the muscles and not the bones hot and cold therapy? ....we have a holistic osteopath available Anyway, thank you and looking forward to your thoughts, Stevie Attachment: vcard [not shown]
