Few e-mails

I am getting so few e-mails from Herbal Remedies and when I do receive

them, the heading doesn't have Herbal Remedies in it. Can anyone lend a

light?

My ISP has been being transferred from one company to

another and I've been limited in what I could post over the last few

weeks as my email server changes have been switching back and forth.

Have no worries, things will be back to normal soon.

Actually, any post from me will have:

Dr. Ian Shillington in the sender column.

DocShillington as the email addy.

And is almost always signed by me as just plain "Doc".

There hasn't been any spammers getting by for the last few weeks that

I've been able to tell, and ever since I complained to .

If your email is from "Doc Shillington" it is NOT Herbal

Remedies. They have had some problems with a spammer out there.

Don't lose sight of the valuable info from the group.

I have been trecking in the Herbal Remedies group for several

YEARS an they are so above any other sight.

Doc and Valerie are both great.

It should read :Doctor Ian Shillington. I think.

I have learned to watch for the sender name - closely.
