HELLO ONE AND ALL!

I came across this over the week end

Excerpt from the June, 2007 Alternative magazine on page 47, I quote:

"COMMON HEADACHE TRIGGERS

Caffeinated beverages

Dark chocolate (Milk chocolate impacts you less since it contains

less cocoa and hence, less caffeine; white chocolate has no caffeine.)

MSG (can appear on ingredient labels under other names such as

hydrolyzed protein, glutamate, glutamic acid, sodium caseinate, calcium

caseinate, yeast extract, autolyzed yeast or seasonings.

.. . . . The article goes on listing other things and adds:

"Aspartame, the artificial sweetener in NutraSweet and Equal:

children can be especially sensitive to it."

You really have to know what to look for on labels.

If I don't know what it is, I don't buy it. This keeps things very

simple.

Some of the above sound rather innocent like using "calcium" and

"yeast".

WARNING - READ ALL LABELS.

Yours in Knowledge, Health and Freedom,

Valorie Shillington
