I came across this over the week end Excerpt from the June, 2007 Alternative magazine on page 47, I quote: " COMMON HEADACHE TRIGGERS Caffeinated beverages Dark chocolate (Milk chocolate impacts you less since it contains less cocoa and hence, less caffeine; white chocolate has no caffeine.) MSG (can appear on ingredient labels under other names such as hydrolyzed protein, glutamate, glutamic acid, sodium caseinate, calcium caseinate, yeast extract, autolyzed yeast or seasonings. . . . . The article goes on listing other things and adds: " Aspartame, the artificial sweetener in NutraSweet and Equal: children can be especially sensitive to it. " You really have to know what to look for on labels. If I don't know what it is, I don't buy it. This keeps things very simple. Some of the above sound rather innocent like using " calcium " and " yeast " . WARNING - READ ALL LABELS.
