I recently lost weight and my knees and feet thank me immensely everyday. I don't know if you are at all overweight but if you are, I'd really recommend losing weight. Doc is going to publish more on diet in a week or so. I would also recommend our Deep Tissue Repair Oil for your feet as well as Arnica Gel. Deep Tissue is good to apply in the morning and Arnica Gell in the evening. Before I finished I would be delivering newspapers 6 hours or more each of those days. I still have a job that requires me to be on my feet for 6 hours 3 or more days a week. All of this standing or walking has done my feet in. I have a painful calous --sp? and my ankles hurt too. Any idea of how I can get feet that feel better. I would like to walk for excercise;but much of the time walking is a real chore.
