As long as you look after it (don't let it rust), it works beautifully.

Best is Glass = Visionware = real cheap at yard sales ;-)Best,

Doc

Hi Doc,

What's your opinion on cast iron cookware? Is it safe? What's the safest cookware?

Right on hon. As long as you look after it, it is a wonderful tool.

Re: Herbal Remedies - Re: Cast iron

Thank you, I've used cast iron all my life so did my Mom and Grandmother, and I don't intend to change no matter what anyone says, there simply has been no evidence to even cast a suspicion. Even if it does rust, you can clean it good and reseason it. I am much too clumsy to use Visionware- lol My daughter swears by it- its just too fragile to suit me.

None at all as long as it is cared for.

See Zoe's note just posted on care and upkeep.

Visionware is ALL glass.

Doc

So no concern about the iron in it?

What is the bottom of the visionware made of?

Thank you!
