Guest guest
Dear Deb, Natural Cod Liver Oil is Good, but UDO's Oil is better since it is more assimilable for younger bodies. I'd recommend my Lemon Egg Formula for the Calcium supplementation. Works great for Kids and Adults alike, it's cheap and you make your own in your own kitchen. If you don't have this recipe, let me know and I'll post it to the list. It even tastes good. ;-) The only Milk, kids should be getting nowadays is Raw Organic Goat's Milk. The pasteurized cow's milk is dead, and loaded full of hormones and steroids. This is a major "why" as to Children going through puberty at 7, 8, and 9 years of age nowadays instead of the normal 12 through 14. It is also one of the major contributors to the symptoms of the conditions that the Psychs have improperly labelled as ADD & ADHD. The symptoms of these conditions may be real, as brought about by our insane food sources in this country, but the labels themselves are completely false. It is one of the biggest cons of the 20th and 21st Centuries. Yours in Knowledge, Health and Freedom, Doc Doc Shillington727-447-5282Doc - 'Dr. Ian Shillington' Thursday, April 19, 2007 9:29 AM Calcium for small children Dear Dr. Shillington, Thank you for all your helpful advice. Could you help with calcium for small children ages 4-8. Since I do not use milk, cannot get raw goats milk, soy is not a good source, I am concerned that my 6 year old will not get the calcium he needs for strong bones. What foods, or supplements, can I give him to be sure he is getting enough calcium? Is Cod liver oil enough if I give it everyday? Thank you for helping me with this. Do you have any material on the hazard of pasteurized milk? I have been telling one of the parents at school who is a nurse. And she is very upset with me that I do not give my child milk. Thank you again
