Guest guest
Dear Richard, The problem is that when we get the "OK" on it, then people think they can just substitute honey for their daily load of "sugar" intake, and it then perpetuates the "SWEET Tooth" cravings. It's not that honey is bad, it's just that it should be used in very strict moderation = no more than once or twice (max) a week and used very sparingly when it is. It's one of those things that goes a long ways. The trouble is, that people become used to having everything sweet and they end up getting far too many carbs in their systems rather than a good daily dose of proteins. Too much water can kill you too. It's called drowning. ;-) People need to get off of the "sweetener" kick altogether. They need to get used to their foods without any sweetener altogether. It's a question of taste and changing a lifestyle permanently for the better. All the best, Doc Doc Shillington727-447-5282Doc - DocShillington Wednesday, April 18, 2007 7:38 PM is honey that bad too I have always thought that honey was an ok sweetener, am I wrong.
