In

my August article of 2003 on the subject of “Hormones”, I brought up the issue

of Body Care products. I showed

how it was just as important to purchase “ORGANIC” toiletries as it was to buy

organic foods. The article

demonstrated how all shampoos go through the skin and how most of these

cleansing, soap-like products contribute to making people over-weight and

unhealthy. In this issue of the

Organic Solutions Newsletter, we’ll be going in a slightly different direction,

and will get into a new area of what goes “ON”

the body.

Clothing

Clothing

touches most of a person’s skin, and can affect it in either a positive or

negative way depending on the material it is made out of. The skin is the largest organ of the

body, and it is well known that it can sweat out toxins and other bodily

wastes, as well as absorb nutrients, water, chemicals, or anything else you put

on it.

The

skin as an organ has its own vibration and is affected by the different

vibration of the clothes on it. In

my FREE cassette lecture on Naturopathy, I explain how the subjects

of “Vibration” and “Sound” play an important role in health solutions. (If you have not received your free copy of

this lecture, let us know and we’ll send one off to you immediately) On the tape it is revealed how each

body part has its own frequency (rate or speed of vibration). Encouraging the body’s organs and

glands to vibrate at their natural rate can help bring about a state of physical

well being. Believe it or not,

clothing also plays a part in this.

Our skin can be very sensitive, and our clothes should contribute to its

natural vibration. Silk is one of

the greatest materials you can wear, as it comes from a live substance spun by

the silk worm. Next in quality

would be materials such as Sheep / Lama wool, Camel hair, Angora, and

Alpaca. These are obtained by

shearing the animal over and over again with no harm done to the creature. Other all-natural fabrics such as 100%

Linen, Cotton, and Hemp are also great alternative fibers to wear.

But,

what about man-made / chemical synthetics? These are created from petroleum or coal sources, and have

different and damaging vibrations.

In this group we find Nylon, Spandex, Rayon, Polyesters, and many

plastics. Not only will these

substances prevent the skin from breathing properly, but they can also be

highly toxic. Many unexplained

rashes, itches and diseases can be attributed to the wearing of these man-made

materials. Synthetics used in the

clothing industry contribute to the decline of many people’s health.

Loose

fitting clothes made from all-natural fibers are the best to put against your

skin. Buy and wear only these, and

your skin will love you for it!!!

Knowledge, Health and Freedom,
