This is one of the areas where you need to put your grocer through the ringer and give him the 3rd degree to find out where he gets his stuff from. Personally, I'd prefer "Certified Organic" over USDA since they sold out long ago, however first best is a farmer you know yourself. I'd recommend to all List Members that they get to know their local farmers real well. It could save your life in the not too distant future. I have noticed the increase in organic fruits and veggies in my local supermarket, but I am concerned about the wording on the packages. Some say "certified organic" and some say "USDA organic".Is this different and how? Should I trust USDA organic foods?
