Dear Steph,

 

You really need to do my Total Body Cleanse BEFORE you diet. Your body will not let go of FAT if you are toxic. Toxins are stored in the fat cells of the body. If you have too many toxins, your body will literally hold on to the fat "for dear life".

 

Cleansing is MANDATORY for anyone trying to lose weight and still be healthy. Those who don't cleanse first, can get REALLY SICK.

Do you have any suggestions for people who have a lot of weight to lose. I have a hundred pounds to lose and am currently working out 2 1/2 hours a week with no results. I am always hungry and light headed when I dont eat 1200 calories a day.
