Guest guest
Dear Ellen, I'm working on it as fast as possible and posted a short rendition a few days ago, but without the science that goes behind it. If you were to start on the short version I just posted, you'd notice changes in just a day or two. It is important to have done the cleansing before one diets so that one doesn't go into a healing crisis when starting the diet. Toxins are stored in the fat cells of the body, and when you start dumping fat, you are also releasing toxins, so it is best to have previously done some cleansing. This is the missing step of every other diet out there. Verrrrrrrrrry interesting. Anywho, I'm cranking on getting it publishable. ;-) Love, Doc Doc Shillington727-447-5282Doc - ian shillington Friday, February 09, 2007 12:04 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - Re: Gas/ Intestinal stuff Hi doc, Can't wait to see the fat blaster diet. I just finished the cleanse the 3rd time (once/year). Interestingly, I didn't see much results although I was pretty diligent. I only lost about 5 lbs (about 1/2 of what i lost the last times), no gall stones and surprisingly, I didn't even have diarrhea after drinking the epsom salt twice (who knows, maybe I DID have gall stones and I just couldn't see them since i had normal bowel movements). So, since i wanted to lose another 5-10 lbs, I may just try that fat blaster diet! Post it, post it!! Keep your grains down to 2 slices of Organic Sprouted Grain Bread a day. I'll be posting my new FAT BLASTER DIET to the list in the next day or so. It'll also help people to look younger - naturally. :-) Doc PS. And yes, it has been tested ;-) Both Valorie and I have lost over 25 pounds in the last 3 months of testing. We have been really off on our diet and I have been consuming quite a bit of grains, and very few raw vegetables because I am only craving warm comfort food due to our super cold weather. I was thinking about what I can do -- quickly in a few days -- a general cleanse of my system. I will begin student teaching full time on Feb. 13 so whatever I do cannot really go on while I am teaching. Also, I am still nursing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.-- Thanks in advance!Elizabeth
