Add more fresh veggies and fruit. Keep your grains down to 2 slices of Organic Sprouted Grain Bread a day.

I'll be posting my new FAT BLASTER DIET to the list in the next day or so.

It'll also help people to look younger - naturally.

PS. And yes, it has been tested ;-) Both Valorie and I have lost over 25 pounds in the last 3 months of testing.

Do I need to eliminate all grains? I have your intestinal cleanse #1 adn #2 in my cabinet. If I cut back on the grains, what else would you do?Thanks for replying.For some reason I cou'dnt post to the group.

Gas/ Intestinal stuff

Hey DocI am suffering from some major bloating and gas. We have been really off on our diet and I have been consuming quite a bit of grains, and very few raw vegetables because I am only craving warm comfort food due to our super cold weather. I was thinking about what I can do -- quickly in a few days -- a general cleanse of my system. I will begin student teaching full time on Feb. 13 so whatever I do cannot really go on while I am teaching. Also, I am still nursing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.-- Thanks in advance!Elizabeth
