I'll be posting my new FAT BLASTER DIET to the list in the next day or so. It'll also help people to look younger - naturally. :-) Doc PS. We have been really off on our diet and I have been consuming quite a bit of grains, and very few raw vegetables because I am only craving warm comfort food due to our super cold weather. I was thinking about what I can do -- quickly in a few days -- a general cleanse of my system. I will begin student teaching full time on Feb. 13 so whatever I do cannot really go on while I am teaching. Also, I am still nursing.
