Guest guest
Dear Steph, You should take your pH about an half an hour after you get up in the morning before breakfast. Either saliva or Urine will do. Do not use the first void of the day, as this is almost always too acidic. All the best, Doc Doc Shillington727-447-5282Doc - DocShillington Thursday, February 01, 2007 3:43 PM Re: PH Levels Dear Doc- HI! Thanks for always replying to our questions so quickly...you really do know your stuff!! You wrote: The average human body should be operating between 6.5 on the Acid side to 7.5 on the Alkaline side. Below 6.3 on a downwards spike is reason for concern. Above 7.8 is reason for concern on the Alkaline side. These are your ranges of safety when it comes to the Acid / Alkaline ratio. Out of this 6.3 to 7.8 range is reason for concern and immediate action. Below 6.3 is a reason for concern! What can I do to bring the PH back into the proper middle (6.5-7.5)? What time of day should you talk your PH? Thanks again!! Stephanie
