Guest guest Posted January 23, 2007 Report Share Posted January 23, 2007 How to have a healthy baby (and a healthy family) v Are you pregnant now or planning on having a baby in the near future? v Perhaps you’re a grandparent with concerns about future generations? v Have you heard that more and more babies are now born deformed or have serious diseases before 5 years of age? v Did your mom and dad and grandparents do everything wrong health wise and live to a ripe old age and therefore you think that nutrition doesn’t have much to do with health? There is no doubt that the health of a baby starts with the overall health of the mother. You’ve all seen the warnings that pregnant women should not drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes or do drugs, and deep down we all know that these things are not healthy habits whether or not one is pregnant. Many women have an easier time taking care of themselves when they know their fetus is going to be affected by what they eat, drink inhale and how well mom looks after herself. For a moment or two, I’d like to focus your attention on the future of your family and loved ones and how to extend life and its quality. Health starts now not tomorrow!!! Due to the pollution of our food chain on this planet, I actually recommend that a woman (and her husband) spend at least one year educating themselves on health, exercise and that they do Doc’s Total Body Cleanse Program before they attempt conception. Ideally these lifestyle changes would be permanent with the following generation being raised using these new standards. Our parents and grandparents had far higher quality foods than we do today. Much of what they ate was organic, and pesticides were the exception rather than the rule. The meat and dairy industries had no access to the steroids, hormones, and antibiotics that are so prevalent in today’s society. We have been brainwashed to ignore the large number of people dying each year from Heart Disease, Cancer, Diabetes, and others, and yet these are so common place that it seems as if no family nowadays escapes one of these dreadful maladies. Well, now is the time to turn this downward lifestyle around. All of us have a responsibility for the future generation. Program before getting pregnant: (Note: There is a special modified program for women who are already pregnant) 1. Have a Total Nutrition green drink with organic apple juice, Udo’s oil, a raw organic egg, and fresh organic banana or other favorite fruit if you wish every day. (this provides all the minerals and vitamins you need for the day in a form that the body can absorb and use immediately) 2. Do Doc’s Total Body Cleanse program 2 to 4 times before conceiving. 3. Be sure you continue to have 2 to 4 bowel movements a day using our Intestinal Cleanse Formula as necessary. 4. Exercise for 45 minutes at least 4 times a week. Walking, running or jumping on a small trampoline is excellent! 5. Surround yourself with organic fruits and vegetables and positive, loving family, friends and work associates.
