Synthetic chemicals in our environment mimic estrogens that encourage fibrocystic breast disease. The main causes behind the imbalance are from 1. Commercial Meats that are loaded with Steroids, Hormones and Antibiotics. 2. Liver Disfunction brought about by Pharmaceuticals, Street Drugs, Alcohol, etc. 3. Commercial Non-Sprouted Soy Products. and 4. Drinking Coffee. These are the main culprits though I'm sure there are other contributing factors.Estrogen dominance. What does this mean? It means that women are getting too much estrogen. Estrogen, in general, tells your body cells to proliferate. Progesterone tells your body cells to slow down.
