Guest guest Posted December 2, 2006 Report Share Posted December 2, 2006 Kidney & Bladder Cleanse Part Four of the Total Body Cleanse IMPORTANT NOTICE: Complete the bowel detoxification and rebuilding program using Intestinal Cleanse and the Intestinal Detox and the Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse before starting on the Kidney and Bladder Cleanse. When you begin your Kidney and Bladder Cleanse, stop the Intestinal Detox and the Echinacea and continue with the Total Nutrition, Total Tonic, and Cayenne. The Intestinal Cleanse is optional. It is recommended that you continue with the Intestinal Cleanse if your bowel movements fall below two per day without it. The night before you begin, measure your distilled water and Kidney/Bladder Tea per the instructions on the package. Cover the tea and let it soak overnight. UPON ARISING: Drink 4-8 ounces of distilled water. This is a great way to start your day. The water rinses and flushes your digestive tract of any leftover food and digestive juices. Simmer your tea for 15 minutes and turn the burner off. While your tea is brewing, make and drink the following: Kidney and Bladder Morning Flush Drink – once a day – first thing in the morning! Put the following ingredients in a large glass, stir well and drink. · Juice of two Lemons or 2 Limes or one Lemon and one Lime · 16 ounces of Distilled Water · A pinch of Cayenne Pepper or 1 to 10 drops of Cayenne Tincture. · Optional - Maple Syrup (a little –sweeten to taste) 15 minutes after this drink, consume 2 cups of Kidney/Bladder Tea and 2 dropperfuls of Kidney/Bladder Formula. The Kidney/Bladder Formula can be taken straight, put in a few ounces of water or added to your tea. Follow your Kidney & Bladder Cleanse Sample Schedule Part Four of the Total Body Cleanse as best you can. Remember to have fun and get some sunshine.
