Guest guest
So we have been eating sugar from Halloween, and now it is already November! Thanksgiving is ahead and this is a perfect time to remind you about Digestive Enzymes . AS we age our bodies produce less enzymes compromising digestion. So to it is with cooked food. Cooked food is " dead food " and offers no enzymes to support digestive functions. AS a result we end up holding on to undigested food creating ,fatigue and a toxic colon. As you prepare for your holiday meals ahead be sure to have some digestive enzymes on hand to help digest that second helping or yummy piece of pie you just can't resist. Lying on your left side with legs outstretchedfor 20 minutes can assist digestion, and an after dinner walk is always a good way to enjoy your holiday meal. Be grateful, chew and savor S-L-O-W-L-Y, indulge in larger conversation, smaller portions, and cheer on your favorite football team!Happy Thanksgiving from the land of the Palm Trees !
