Trick VS Treat

Dear Herbal Remedies ,

Sugar is Sugar , Sweet is Sweet I rather be " tricked " than eat a

sugary treat!! Or at Least so many of them ...

Sugar contributes to the acid condition of the blood. The other

processed fake sugars are toxic to the body, AND contribute to the

aciditic problem in the body.

Moderating / Eliminating sugar is a healthy low cost benefit of

health. Just by passing up on soda-pop you can loose 15lbs yearly.

Stevia ( unprocessed ) is a safe alternate choice to sugar and

actually does not dis-rupt the acid -alkaline ratio of the blood .

And what of fruit you ask?....fruits are generally more tolerated in

the body but again some are more akalizing some are more acid.

Our bodies in many ways mirror the ocean around us. It is a delicate

but doeable balancing act to maintain the blood pH. It is one of the

best kept secrets to vibrant health.

Here is an interesting concept: Pray tell what might happen if you

were to give a goldfish some sugar.Goldfish be goneeeeeeee!!

Occasional sugar your body can tolerate. It is the extremes of

constant sugar which contribute to the variety of many health

problems we have today.

Doc's second lecture series discusses the pH of the body (38.00

incl. shipping) We also have this really cool food chart. Contact me

if you need further information.

Happy Halloween,

Joanne
