Sad but TRUE,...

" Cooked food is DEAD Food " ...offering the body Zero of what it

needs to maintain Health. Sadly also " true " our mineral depleted

soil leaves us to choose tasteless veggies and fruits that are

nutrient and enzyme depleted. This is exactly why choosing ORGANIC

whenever possible is so important.

Most people object to the expense of Organic veggies. We have been

accustomed to a " bargain " mentality, disregarding the nutrient value

in exchange for a cheap quality that does not support health. You do

get what you pay for, Organic is by far superior in taste and

nutrient quality. How many of us have had the experience of say a

beautiful red watermelon with NO taste! I have become insulted by

this problem of selling inferior food.Contributing to inferior

health and wasting our hard earned money.

If your budget does not allow for Organic ,include what you can but

at least make the effort to eating quality food weekly.

Seek out the local growers. They often use less toxic means to grow

with and harvest at peak of flavor time. As you make the adjustment

to better food quality,it will become part of a natural healthy

lifestyle for you.

Using a quality food wash for veggies is an acceptable choice for

including fresh veggies and fruits. Please lightly steam and do not

overcook them , you want them nutrient and enzyme available, not

dead.

We will talk more about enzymes tomorrow..have a healthy day !
