Hi I am four month pregnant and had a few questions. I started the

total body cleanse just before I found out I was pregnant. I couldn't

believe the cleanse made me so nauseas well I guess it didn't

pregnancy did. Anyways I had to stop the cleanse and haven't been able

to do much except try not to throw up. Well my main question is what

herbs or formulas can and should I take during pregnancy and what

should I avoid or what can you not take when you are pregnant. I know

I should be taking total nutrition and think I will be able to since

the nausea is almost gone. What else.

Thanks for the help

When I was pregnant and nauseated I would drink

organic ginger ale. Oh man did I drink alot of it

too!! It really helped though. And I also took Natural

prenatal vitamins (you can find them at the Health

food store). They are more expensive than the doctor

prescribed ones, but they worked very very well. And

when you begin to get towards the end of your

pregnancy, you can take evening primrose oil capules

and red raspberry leaf tea to help tone your uterus

and get it ready to give birth. I used both these and

they helped also. Be sure to do Kegal exersizes every

day. That will help during the birth process. In

addition, I rubbed sweet almond oil on my belly and my

breasts to help releive the tightening and dryness

that comes with stretched skin. Thats pretty much what

I did during my pregnancy. Oh, and I ate tons of fruit

and veggies. Hope this helps.
