There are 103 varieties of bananas where I live. We eat at least one banana fruit with every meal. It makes you healthy in the sence it drives away constipation. ARTERY BLOCKS: A product from a banana tree is excellent for removing artery block with out surgery. This is not available ready made. But you have to plant a banana tree and do as I suggest. If any body wishes to know this I shall supply ypu the methods. BANANA WINE: I shall email you the recipe if you want. In many countries you can by 600mg potassium tablets over the counter. NOT IN THE US though. However, there is a great substitute. Go to the supermarket and get the low sodium chicken (or beef bullioun) (Brand names: herb ox and wylers).
