I'm about 99% sure I have a sty on the inside of my upper left eyelid. I've never had this before! Other than keeping it clean, what can I do to treat this? It's very tender and driving me crazy! I've tried warm compresses and warm green or camomile tea bags over the affected eye as well.BrandiBrandi Lemburg, 24, California: aspiring herbalist & midwife, AAMI ITM student #3038, & apprentice to Brenda Capps, Traditional Midwife."$13 to $20 billion a year could be saved in health care costs by demedicalizing childbirth, developing midwifery, and encouraging breastfeeding."-Frank Oski, MD, Professor & Director, Department of Pediatrics, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Baltimore, MD

My daughter used to get styes, so I read up on it quite a bit. I found that it was a lack of Vit. A, or the body not assimilating Vit. A. So, I bought emulsified Vit. A, which bypasses the liver. I gave her 25,000 IU's for about a week, then to take one a week, and see how it goes. It's been fine.
