Guest guest
I have been wearing glasses since I was a baby. I'm now 35 years old. I've been wearing contacts for a couple of years now. I have had dark bluish circles under my eyes and on my eyelids ever since I was a kid. I thought it would fade when I started wearing contacts, but it hasn't. Is there anything I can do about this. I'm tired of looking like I did not have a good nights rest when I have. I know that I can cover it up with make-up, but I'd prefer a more natural approach, if there is one. Tammi U.
Guest guest
This is usually a combination of Bowel, and Liver Toxicity. Also, it can be found in people who are overweight who've eaten too many carbs and not enough protein, and is again reflected in the Liver and the Bowel. I'm currently researching the "Ultimate Diet" to help with the weight part of it, but you can bet that the Total Body Cleanse will be part of the process. One of main reasons so many people fail with diets is that they may handle the weight, but they never handle the already built up toxicity. The next thing you know, the weight is back on and it becomes a vicious circle. Ya gotta handle the entire enchilada at the same time. :-) Doc Doc Shillington727-447-5282Doc - Tammi U. herbal remedies Saturday, September 23, 2006 10:40 PM Herbal Remedies - Dark Eyelids I have been wearing glasses since I was a baby. Guest guest
Doc, I had wondered about this. I just did not know that it would show up as dark circles under the eyes. I have been eating a good diet while now. Mostly organic, mostly vegetarian, very little dairy, no coffee, and no caffiene, and definitely no meat during my menstrual cycle. I would have thought that even with the exercise - I walk at least a mile a day - sometimes more since I don't drive. I do strength training and yoga alternating between the two daily - yoga one day, strength training the next, and so on. Most of the time I do more, but I make myself excercise every other day at least. Yet, the excess weight will not come off. I weigh 140 lbs, but according to my BMI, I should be around 125. I've noticed my muscle tone is better, along with my elimination issues and I have increased energy. I lost a little bit of weight (6 lbs), but the rest will not come off. I think you are right on the money with this one. Tammi U.On 9/25/06, Dr. Ian Shillington <DocShillington wrote: This is usually a combination of Bowel, and Liver Toxicity. Guest guest
I'm curious, why no meat during your period? I find that I actually crave red meat during my period and have found out since then that it's because I have low iron levels. I still don't go off meat during my period though. What would be the reason for doing it? Thanks, Mary >>> magnolia.artist 09/25/06 1:30 PM >>> Doc, I had wondered about this. I just did not know that it would show up as dark circles under the eyes. Guest guest
Perhaps we should have another talk-talk chat. Give me a call or send me a private email (won't get lost in the shuffle that way) and we'll talk about your diet, etc. It's not a fast one, but it can clear up. We may have to handle the weight first, and then do a thorough Total Body Cleanse after the weight's gone.
