hi acute Stomach catarrh / inflamed

hi

 

my friend have acute stomach catarrh /inflamed

 

it feals like carbonic acid , a lot of bubbels and burning pain like

small needle .

 

Pain to right , left with bubble .

 

Bowel motions are loose not watery .In the morning i feel great .

 

No heartburn but a lot of burp and hard stomach after meal.

 

He had this long time ago , and iget this now again ? it took long

time to get rid of this about 6 month ?

 

Tongue have toothmark on the side and swollen ..

 

Get tired in the morning after 2-3 hours and need to rest ?

My only guesstimate is the beginnings of bowel problems: they have different names such as Irritable Bowel or IBS, spastic bowel, diverticuli, Crohns disease. First try eliminating various from diet such as Wheat, Milk, Chocolate.
