Guest guest
Doc- Last week I remember you telling me when I take echinacea, the stuffy and sneezy part of it is detox even though I have a ragweed allergy. Is the same true for my son? When we do our echinacea week on, the entire week he sneezes constantly and is stuff on and off...is this detox or allergy and what do I do with that? Is there something else I can give him to boost his immune system that will not do that? Like elderberry or astralagus or something? Also I have had this awful tightness in my chest off and on during the days this time with my week on it...is this detox too? Marci
Guest guest
Cut back until you no longer experience the adverse effect. Then gradually increase your dosages from there. This is the way one handles an autoimmune disorder when the body is running on reverse vectors.
