Guest guest Posted September 21, 2006 Report Share Posted September 21, 2006 Just a general question...is there such thing as taking too many herbs and supplements or combining herbs that would be counter-productive? For example, every day I take coq10, vitamin e, 2 droppers of TT 3x a day, 2 tbs of body balance (both at once), vitamin c, msm, total nutrition, herbal liquid calcium, intestinal cleanse, cayenne in my water, 2 droppers of echinacea 3x a day with my "week on" and I just started the female formula...that is a mouthful!!! Anyways, back to my question--is that too much or is there anything that you should not combine or is counter-productive if you do? Also I drink herbal teas (kidney, liver, cal-calm, etc...)
